So many T-shirts, too little time… March 30, 2013

I’ve been involved with Ubuntu for quite a while now, and part of my journey has included accumulating a bunch of Ubuntu T-shirts. I now have so many that I can’t possibly wear them all, so my wife gave me a really cool gift today: a quilt made out of a bunch of my old Ubuntu T-shirts! :) Check it out:
Fun *and* cozy!!
I remember when Dustin Kirkland posted about his shirt quilt a year ago (http://blog.dustinkirkland.com/2012/03/patchwork-of-open-source-memories.html). I think this is an awesome idea and a great way to put all of the old shirts to good use. I might need to try something similar in the near future.
Wait how did you get two Intrepid uniform shirts?
I don’t think I have Intrepid crew shirts– some of these were purchased and I know I bought some around that time. I did somehow end up with an extra Natty crew shirt though.
the heron is still my fav default wallpaper of all time!! I kinda want one of those shirts now.
Now if only she had made a Slanket/Snuggly out of it like James Troup’s Elmo Snuggly…. you could wear it to vUDS with your hands through the sleeves.
